RETURN CONDITIONS
-Your return must comply with the "Right of Withdrawal" and "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be Exercised" conditions in the "Distance Selling Agreement".
-Legal Return Period and Conditions: The legal return period for the service is 14 days from the delivery date. Service fees will be refunded to the customer account or credit card without any interruption until 6 hours before the service is received.
-According to the "Distance Selling Agreement", the following products cannot be returned:
-If the service is canceled less than 6 hours before the pickup time, no refund will be made.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGE CONDITIONS
- Deadline information for Cancellations and Changes is provided on the Reservation Confirmation page.
- You cannot receive a refund for reservations past the cancellation date.
- Cancellations made before the cancellation date will be refunded to you using the payment method you used.
- You can only make changes to your reservations whose change date has passed through our call center.
- By purchasing this service, you are deemed to have accepted the cancellation and change conditions regarding the vehicle you have chosen.
